All About Chess is excited to be offering a chess program at Clara Barton starting this fall. We take time to get to know our students. We provide extra assistance wherever we can to help our students have a positive experience with the game of chess. In a typical class students practice what we have been learning with games against their peers, have a focused lesson, play fun variant chess games, check mate patterns and in more advanced classes, a simulated tournament. Sportsmanship is stressed throughout. Another theme of the class is thinking about our actions before we make them and making good choices. No experience is necessary. Any skill level is welcome. The class will be tailored to the ability of the students.  We use 6crickets for our registration site so if you have not used it before it will ask you to make an account.
